We supply components to OEM manufacturers, end users, and service customers throughout NZ. We also manufacture and distribute sprayers and components direct to end users throughout NZ.
Sprayequip was started back in 1999 by the Hardy Family (not Hardi Sprayers) after seeing a need for more affordable spraying equipment. They realised they could do this by cutting out the middle man. So they set off on an overseas trip to build relationships with these sprayer suppliers, relationships which are still strong today.
In 2020, the Hardys decided to retire after selling sprayers for quite some time, so the business was sold on to another family, the Thomases. They come from a farm machinery background, so know what matters to farmers, lifestyle-block owners, and horticulturalists.
Spraying equipment has been in the family since 1979 with an uncle designing and manufacturing the very first Cdax sprayers on his farm in Palmerston North.

Selwyn has a wealth of knowledge in the Agricultural machinery area. He is a Fitter/ Turner tradesman before moving into service work with agricultural machinery. Therefore he brings over 38 years experience around Farm machinery for servicing/parts/sales.
Hadley is a Customer service expert. He brings a wealth of experience as trusted for helping customers and giving them quality service experience. He has been in the Importing / Operations Role for the past 13 Years.
